  To find it was easy but you should say how big the parking is. I have a bigger car and made scratches on my wheels because of how tiny the way down was. My friend had to help me guide down. The second gate also closed to soon so we had to wait for someone else to come so it would open again!

  Difficult to find. Three underground levels. Signs were good on the way and then nothing. When you're turning left into this street Place de Louvre, look to your left or you will miss the descending entrance from the street. Expensive I booked online €39 for 8 hours. The sensor did not recognize my rental car license plate. I had to get a ticket. Went to the office. No one there. Tight, tight spaces. 5 hrs later on my way back, tried the office again and there was someone there. He helped me leave the car park. When I got to the exit, I pushed the help button and he lifted the bar remotely. I am not fluent in French and he was not fluent in English but we communicated by google translate. The location of this underground parking is premium. Right smack under the Louvre. So, my fellow Americans, park here but be prepared to pay dearly for the convenience.

  When booking the reservation to park...there should be BOLDED information regarding car size as not all places can fit all size cars. We did not have a big vehicle but could not park as our vehicle wasn't small enough to fit in this particular place. We couldn't get refund because the parking facility is not the one who charged us. He recommended that we inquire through one park. Unfortunately, we were denied a refund stating that one park has no way of knowing parking limitations at facility. If one park doesn't know how do they expect the customer to know or to even know how to look for this information. We had to prepay for this as were in Milan going to the cathedral. Very touristy area. Public parking is essential if not taking public transportation. Disappointed we couldn't get a refund for place we didn't park. We were able to locate another parking facility that still had some availability.

  At arrival we followed the instructions o booking form provided by email. Unfortunately there was no one at the reception on the parking to recieve an exit ticket for thursday morning. We tarief to reach your costumir service which could not provide a solution. The advice was to pay again by leaving the parking Tomorrow morning ( double payment ) with a restitution afterwards. We experienced your service as inappropiate! Double payment is the only solution provided. By repetition no one was available at the reception. So you have to adapt your instructions on the booking form.

  We paid for 5 days of 24h parking and access. On Saturday 24 May the Lille car park was blocked with concrete blocks because of a procession. This meant that we missed an important meeting with friends, which was the main reason for coming to Lille. When we complain, the complaint handler initially said that we could have got the car out if we had called a helpline, but he later agreed that this was incorrect when we told him about the concrete blocks. We have been offered a credit for the future, but we want a cash refund for that date, not a credit, because we do not bring the car to continental Europe very often. I am concerned that the complaint handler was not aware of the fact that the car park was in accessible, and I am angry that we missed our important meeting. I am also angry that we are having to fight to get a cash refund, instead of a credit.

  The only problem I had was that when I arrived at Carcassonne Airport car park when flying to the UK I was a couple of minutes early. I put the code in the Onepark machine and it refused to accept it twice. This forced me to press the button on the alternative machine to get the gate to rise and let me in. I had paid in advance for the Onepark via the web. Now I don’t know if I am going to get charged twice? It would be better if Onepark just billed a Customer from the time they actually arriv as opposed to the time the selected when booking.

  The process of purchasing the parking spot was really easy and straightforward. However, I can’t say the same about the condition of the level we parked on. It was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant — it was almost impossible to walk without stepping into something disgusting. We also paid extra for the ability to enter and exit multiple times, but unfortunately, the access card was issued incorrectly. Although our reservation was valid until 5:00 PM, the card only worked until 5:00 AM, so we couldn’t re-enter later in the day.

  The Onepark website is ok but the car park in Ferney Voltaire offered was very poor and although it was advertised with surveillance cameras, I did not see any. Also both shuttle drivers were clearly practising for Le Mans. They drove through 40kph limits near the airport at 100kph - very stupid and not clever nor in any way impressive.

  Good parking facility outside the city. We wanted to park outside A86 as we did not have the Crit'Air sticker (which is required for weekdays in the city) on our rental car. The garage door can be easy to miss and a bit narrow for large SUVs but if you're used to the vehicle's size then it should not be an issue. You ring the intercom and they'll buzz you in. Same for when you're coming to pick up the car. The booking is made for one whole day even if you're parking for a few hours. But if you decide to extend your stay, you'll have until the end of the 24hours to pickup your car.

  Easy experience to book, find and park. Affordable as well compared to other options. This is the parking garage of a hotel and they might leave a note saying that you're vehicle is not registered but that's alright as you have booked with Onepark (checked with hotel that non-guests who booked with Onepark can park here).

  The app didn't show the correct location of the garage I booked, which brought me in trouble in getting there. Bad experience, that shouldn't have been there. I can't trust anymore the location on the app anymore. To explain: I was looking for a parking place in Paris. On the OnePark app I found a parking garage on Rue de Turbigo. It indicate on the map that it was situated near Art et Metiers, so halfway Rue de Turbigo. This was just within my limit of distance in relation to where we were staying. I booked and payed for about 36 hours parking. After the booking I got the exact address of the garage which was now all away at the end of Rue de Turbigo. I also couldn't cancel anymore. With a family and all the logistics, this was really a bad experience. I also don't understand why the garage can't simply be shown on the right place on the map. This are basics! With this experience I will probably discourage my relations to make use of the app, to prevent for them the same experience.

  I wanted to pick the car up on a holiday. This turned out to be no problem but that was not clear from the web site. The parking was functioning on the holiday (1 May) but the booth was not manned. I do not understand why this is not properly explained on the web site. The employee in the booth spoke no English, but I was fortunate and got help from a French speaking person who happened to come by.

  Das Buchen des Parkplatzes war sehr einfach. Leider waren wir zu früh und wussten nicht, was wir machen sollen. Wir haben dann Hilfe auf dem Parkplatz bei der Info bekommen. Haben ein neues Ticket abgeholt und gezahlt. Wäre schön, wenn man die Information auf der Seite erklären würde. Ansonsten ging es sehr problemlos.
